Interests: Development of improved protocols for next generation sequencing applications in molecular biology. Establishment and optimization of novel approaches for effective model organisms from fly to sheep.

Background: Research Fellow at (IMP Vienna) and the Medical University Vienna (Haematology), studying molecular mechanisms leukemogenesis through animal models, primary cell lines, FACS, chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP-Seq), and gene expression profiling (RNA-Seq, Galaxy).
